Dana Point City Council voted unanimously Tuesday night to postpone a public hearing set to discuss an appeal to the city’s recently approved short-term rental program regulating local vacation rentals to a special meeting on July 12.
An appeal has been filed against the city’s recently approved short-term rental program that’s meant to permit and regulate local vacation rentals. A hearing on the appeal has been set at City Hall for June 21 at 6 p.m. to hear residents’ argument against the program.
