The Dana Point Planning Commission on Oct. 27 approved a mixed-use project proposed by Capital Hall Partner at the former site of a mobile home park at Pacific Coast Highway and Del Obispo Avenue.
The plan was approved in a 4-0 vote with Commissioner Liz Claus recused due to the close proximity of her residence to the project.
The project calls for construction of 168 condos and 2,471-square-foot commercial space.
