A multi-vehicle crash just south of south of Camino Capistrano on Interstate-5 involving multiple vehicles has slowed traffic in both directions, causing major delays. The vehicles include a tractor-trailer, which appeared to have been traveling southbound and had broken through the center divider into the northbound carpool lane. Northbound traffic is restricted to one lane. Southbound traffic is largely stopped. The backup in both directions goes for miles. We will update information as it becomes available.
