Rather than spending money on outside lawyers trying to prevent treatment on a local drug/alcohol problem facing many South Orange County teens and adults and helping the South Orange County communities with treatment programs, why don’t the South Orange County cities including Dana Point look into turning the now closed San Clemente Hospital into a drug and alcohol facility with possible housing for the homeless?

Federal, state and local funds including grants could be used on this disease rather than law enforcement programs and lawsuits that don’t work.
