Nathan Caplinger, Dana Point

Dana Point needs a skatepark because kids don’t have anywhere to skate. But when they do skate, they ruin the concrete. We also need one because we need a safe place to skate away from cars.

It will keep kids out of trouble too. This is why we need a skate park in Dana Point.

We agree with you that Dana Point needs a skatepark. It’s not fair that other cities have parks and Dana does not. We have to leave town and spend time and money in other cities. The city manager says that that there is not enough space for a skatepark in Dana. We strongly disagree with him.

Keep up the good work! Don’t let a few out of touch council members stop you from pursuing happiness.
