COA 2nd Annual Charity Golf Classic in support of Community Outreach Alliance Program
San Clemente, Ca, – October 29, 2018 – COA 2nd Annual Charity Golf Classic held at the Bella Collina Town & Golf Club, a 27-Hole Gary Player Signature Course is inviting the Orange County community out to support the Community Outreach Alliance (COA) Programs on Monday, October 29, 2018, 10:30 am – 7:00 pm for a day of play on plunging ravines and deep hollows twists through grassy hillsides!
We are teaming up with the Bella Collina Town & Country Golf Club in San Clemente on Monday, October 29, 2018, for a fantastic day of brunch, golf, contests, happy hour, and prizes! Enjoy a fun and relaxing time while contributing to a great cause. Don’t golf? No problem! You can purchase tickets for our Happy Hour Event, which includes appetizers, live entertainment from Ava Domini and Sage Escalante, and participating in the silent auction. Plus, the golf tournament is a scramble with the rules emphasizing fun without the pressure of players keeping individual scores. Each player hits a tee shot on each hole, but everyone plays from the spot of the best shot. So everyone is welcome to join in on the fun.
The day’s event is dedicated to focusing on raising awareness and funds so that the Community Outreach Alliance (COA) may continue to provide FREE activities and awareness programs for the youth and families in our community. COA has a strong vision and mission: “Providing Activities for Those Choosing a Healthy Lifestyle.” We believe early education and parental awareness are two key elements in curbing the epidemic of drug and alcohol abuse. The COA Board of Directors and activity professionals coordinate efforts with the CUSD and the City of San Clemente to offer activities, clinics, and workshops to help ‘Cure San Clemente.’
Celebrate our community with a day of play the Bella Collina Town & Golf Club while giving back and supporting the youth in our vibrant community at for this one-day event of golf, fun, food, and live music! The day begins at 10:30 am and closes out at 7:00 pm.
Speaking of celebrating, The Community Outreach Alliance is in their 4th session of offering the Thrive Alive program which is a free ongoing seven week course that educates middle thru high school students on the current culture that can draw them into making unhealthy choices. The Thrive Alive course has been recognized and awarded seven (7) honors: County of Orange, A Congressional Honor, California Senate, California State Board of Equalization, California Legislative Assembly, The City of San Clemente and San Clemente Chamber of Commerce at a ribbon-cutting ceremony in late February 2018.

About Community Outreach Alliance (COA):
Community Outreach Alliance (COA), a 501 c3 non-profit service was established in 2014 in San Clemente, California as a need to foster a positive solution for the young people in the community who were battling the throes of drug use and addiction. Their methodology was to create a system of programs young people could enter into, journey through the course structure and then give back by mentoring others through the same process. Today, COA is offering weekly classes covering an array of activities from music, sports, internships, leadership courses, a food bank, gaming, fundraisers, photography, art, grief counseling, comedy, and much more! At a certain point in each program, participants have opportunities to give back by outreaching into the community and getting involved by volunteering or performing at local events bringing the process full circle and creating memories and experiences that will last a lifetime! Members range from the pre-teen age of 12 through 30 to assist with making sure all that all who participate have exposure to making clean healthy lifestyle choices that are essential for their survival and success. “Community Outreach Alliance – COA – Providing Activities For Those Choosing A Healthy Lifestyle.”
