A Laguna Beach resident took home the top prize of the Early Bird 1 drawing of the 12th annual Laguna Beach Million Dollar Home Raffle on Sept. 1.

According to the Ocean Institute, David Wilson won the choice of a trip to Australia/New Zealand or Fiji, or $10,000 cash.

The grand prize is a Laguna Beach home or $1 million cash. The drawing will be held on Nov. 5, should a sufficient number of tickets be sold.

The final deadline to purchase tickets is Oct. 20. Tickets are $150 and only 20,000 tickets will be sold. All proceeds will benefit the Ocean Institute and participating nonprofits.
