On Feb. 23, Dana Point Veteran of Foreign Wars Post 9934 retired hundreds of American flags at Capistrano Beach. The ceremony, led by Post Commander Wayne Yost, retired worn flags “with honor.”
Dozens of veterans and members of the public attended, and contributed their flags, to the ceremony which opened with a flag procession by the Post 9934 Color Guard.
