Dana Point City Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 16 starting at 5 p.m. with a closed session. Councilmembers will be holding a conference with a labor negotiator before a recess is called. The city council meeting will reconvene at 6 p.m. The agenda includes addressing minutes from the Planning Commission’s meeting and the Youth Board’s meeting from last month as well as the Arts and Culture minutes from a July meeting. City officials also plan to discuss the Community Special Events Calendar, Dana Point Police Services monthly report and go over a development update and monthly financial activity report. There will be a second reading of the “Peace, Morals and Safety” municipal code.
