Dana Point Times

This month’s Dana Point Civic Association coffee chat on Friday, April 18 will be an open forum where community members can discuss concerns, successes and anything in between.

The Civic Association hosts Coffee Chat on the third Friday of each month. Chats begin at 8:30 a.m. at Coffee Importers, 34531 Golden Lantern at the Dana Point Harbor. Guest speakers and discussion topics vary to include issues and items of interest to Dana Point residents.

The event is always free, open to the public and complimentary coffee is served.

  • Yesterday afternoon I snapped a photo of a white, drone-like flying camera that was making the bikini-wearing girls nervous and comment about it on the stairs leading to the beach at Salt Creek Beach Park. I’d send DP Times my photo if I had their email address. I have no idea who owns the RC (Remote Controlled) device, be it law enforcement or private. I’ve seen it before in the area at the Ritz Cove.
