NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Dana Point to consider the following:

Conditional Use Permit CUP21-0014: The applicant seeks approval to construct a 1,168 square-foot addition and an attached three-car garage to a nonconforming duplex located in the Residential Single Family 4 (RSF 4) Zoning District at 34071 Calle La Primavera. A Conditional Use Permit is required for an addition greater than 10% of the gross floor area to a nonconforming use and a duplex tandem parking configuration, pursuant to Dana Point Municipal Code (DPMC) Sections 9.63.035(a) and 9.35.080(E)(4).
