If you’re on the go but looking for something substantial, Cinnamon Productions is ripe with schedule-accommodating dishes, prepared quickly, a la carte and to-go.
An easy choice for turkey lovers is the oven-roasted turkey sandwich with a cranberry Dijon spread and put together with tomato and lettuce. It’s like a little bit of Thanksgiving comes early in an era where the more popular holiday season has invaded its space, (yes, I’m talking about you, giant jack-o-lantern at Disneyland in early September).
The humble turkey sandwich here is elevated, yet cozy and comfortable, and makes for an adequate, healthy meal with a little bit of its own flare.
As far as quick box lunches go, this one takes the cake… which also happens to be available in abundance at this bakery and café.
Choice of sides includes pasta salad (pictured), chips or seasonal fruit.
