Monarch Bay Drive, 100 Block (Dec. 11, 10:09 a.m.) A man said a woman hit his Porta Potty and then left the scene.

Alcazar Drive, 34000 Block (Dec. 8, 3:57 p.m.) A woman called when she and her husband were in a fight over taking money out of a bank account. The husband was heard screaming and being uncooperative, saying he is upset because his wife won’t spend money on Christmas presents.

Via Mentone/Pacific Coast Highway (Dec. 6, 2:22 p.m.) A man called police to report seeing a baseball bat sitting on the seat of a black BMW. He thought it was suspicious.

Vista de Dons, 27500 Block (Dec. 4, 11:25 p.m.) A man called police after he and his wife received a call from the babysitter who said a woman from the sober living home across the street entered their kitchen trying to charge her cellphone.

Calle de Tenis/Street of the Golden Lantern (Thursday, Nov. 26, 8:17 a.m.) A man told police the tennis courts were closed but there were people trespassing to play with their dogs and it was “unacceptable” because he was “trying to sleep in on the holiday.”

Doheny Place, 34800 Block (Nov. 6, 2:52 p.m.) A “hysterical” woman told police her “happiness and sunshine have been taken away” due to a motorhome being parked in front of her residence.

Malaga Drive, 33900 Block (Nov. 5, 6:50 p.m.) A woman said she had found her revolver after reporting it stolen the previous day.

Del Obispo Street/Stonehill Drive (Nov. 5, 5:05 p.m.) A patrol check was requested for a drunken man walking around in traffic near the Community Center, wearing a bra and black tights. This call followed another that came in at 4:57 p.m. reporting a man in a bra and panties at the intersection of PCH and Del Obispo.

PETTY THEFT REPORT
Marina Vista Drive, 33100 Block (Oct. 29, 8:56 a.m.) A woman who works for a physician said she had all of her employer’s patient records in her unlocked car and they were stolen. The caller said she didn’t lock her vehicle because “it was her birthday.”
TERRORIST THREATS REPORT
Golden Lantern, 32500 Block (Oct. 23, 5:02 p.m.) A female Bank of America customer said she would “shoot everyone up in the bank,” but she wasn’t going to because first she had to “go buy a gun.”

El Encanto Avenue, 34100 Block (Oct. 19, 10:43 a.m.) A caller said a silver Saab has been parked in an alley nearby for months and had several cats living inside of it.

Big Sur Street, 33500 Block (Oct. 7, 11:51 a.m.) A caller was upset because his mom “took his medical marijuana and flushed it down the toilet.”

Chula Vista Avenue, 34000 Block (Sept. 21, 2:28 p.m.) A crossing guard called police saying an elderly woman approached her and said she took a nap at her home and when she woke up there was an unknown man in her bedroom.

Staysail Drive, 25200 Block (Aug. 22, 10:51 p.m.) A man wished to make a complaint about whoever complained about his party.
DISTURBANCE
Brookview, 0 Block (Aug. 18, 12:21 a.m.) Deputies received a second call (the first call came in at 11:45 p.m.) reporting loud music, loud voices and “loud, obnoxious intercourse” at the location.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON/CIRCUMSTANCES
Alta Vista Drive/Street of the Blue Lantern (Aug. 11, 9:02 a.m.) A woman called to report a male transient walking in the alley. She was concerned because the man did not look like “a good transient” but instead like a “bad, dangerous transient.” When asked what the subject was doing to make him appear dangerous, the caller said he was covered in tattoos and she knows the difference between “fun tattoos” and “prison tattoos” and “these were not the fun kind.” The subject made no threats to the caller and exhibited no aggressive behavior toward her. The man was also described as wearing a gray sweatshirt and jeans.

32400 Block/Crown Valley Parkway (Aug. 8, 11:06 p.m.) A man said his girlfriend was “acting crazy,” threw a crystal at him and told him she was going to come back and hurt him. The man then told police she was someone he met online and his wallet and phone were missing, possibly stolen by her. He also told deputies the woman might be a “working girl.”

Robles Drive/Selva Road (Aug. 1, 9:29 p.m.) People screaming and “shocking, electricity type sounds” such as those made by a “cattle prod” were heard coming from the west side of the street between Selva Road and PCH.

Pacific Coast Highway/Ritz-Carlton Drive (July 29, 3:15 p.m.) A woman near the restrooms at Salt Creek Beach called police to ask if it was OK to give away “free coconuts.” While advising the caller that it is OK, a park ranger arrived and notified deputies that the woman had a tip jar and suggested a deputy respond to see all the money she was making from the “free” coconuts.

Silverstrand, 0 Block (July 19, no time listed) An unknown subject broke into the caller’s car and was discovered there sleeping.

Pacific Coast Highway, 34300 Block (July 5, 8:50 a.m.) A patrol check was requested near Hogan’s Bait and Tackle for homeless people who were “hooting and hollerin’ causing a ruckus.”

Dana Point Harbor Drive, 25300 Block (July 2, 10:48 a.m.) A call reporting a body floating in the ocean 50 yards off the shoreline was canceled when it was discovered to be a dead sea lion.

DEFRAUDING AN INNKEEPER
Dana Point Harbor Drive, 25000 Block (June 30, 11:08 p.m.) After a party of three people ate at Jimmy’s Famous American Tavern, the man who was supposed to pay the bill said he forgot his wallet and would go retrieve it from his residence “around the corner.” An hour later the man had not returned. He had also turned off his cell phone. His two friends were still waiting at the restaurant.

Stonehill Drive/Del Obispo Street (June 27, 11:01 p.m.) An 18- to 20-year-old man was seen running out of an Albertson’s grocery store carrying an inflatable pool toy.

Address not listed (June 10, 6:55 a.m.) A man reported a hotel guest staying in the room next door entered his room through the patio door, shouted, “room service,” and then left.

Camino Capistrano, 35100 Block (May 8, 9:33 a.m.) A previous homeowner took a weed-whacker to the realtor’s sign posted on the property.

Street of the Golden Lantern, 33200 Block (May 4, 7:07 p.m.) A woman told police she found human bones in an empty lot off of Blue Lantern. It was determined that a neighbor had thrown chicken bones over the fence, authorities said.

Del Obispo Street, 34000 Block (April 28, 8:23 a.m.) Police arrested a 33-year-old man who was wearing rollerblades and sleeping on the grass behind the Dana Point Community Center. When deputies asked the man what he does for work, he told them his job is rollerblading.

A caller reported two subjects arguing over a plastic bag inside the Dollar Tree store.

Street of the Golden Lantern, 34000 Block (April 8, 7:50 a.m.) A woman said the “homeless drug addict” she lets stay with her stole her jewelry.

Dana Point Harbor Drive/Embarcadero Place (March 24, 5:28 p.m.) A shirtless man in his 30s was walking through the Dana Point Harbor parking lot with a noose around his neck, carrying a blue waterproof bag.

Del Obispo Street, 33800 Block (March 10, 2:44 a.m.) An “extremely suspicious man” reported hearing “audible frequencies” that were disturbing his peace. The man described the noises as “dangerous” and was adamant about not having the police visit him.

Del Obispo Street, 34200 Block (March 2, 5 p.m.) Police were informed of a gardening truck parked near Denny’s that had a hand sticking out the back and waving at people. The hand was seen in the rear of the truck where garbage was loaded.

Dana Drive, 24700 Block (Feb. 24, 7:58 a.m.) Animal Control was called when a sea lion was seen walking down the street.

Del Obispo Street, 33500 Block (Feb. 7, 2:46 a.m.) The caller said they saw seven or eight “ghost-like” figures that kept circling the store and then peeping through the windows. The caller said it may have been “a graveyard shift thing.”

Dana Bluff Way, 25900 Block (Feb. 1, 8:06 p.m.) A male subject kept looking through a fence into the windows from a green belt area behind a home. This was the third night in a row that this had occurred. The man was described only as “a fast runner.”

Scenic Drive/Street of the Golden Lantern (Jan. 25, 5:09 p.m.) A man riding a unicycle on the Nature Interpretive Center trail refused to walk the unicycle and then refused to leave.

Selva Road, 34100 Block (Jan. 20, 11:33 p.m.) The caller asked for a check on the building behind his location. A woman was singing, badly, at the top of her lungs.

Del Prado/Street of the Amber Lantern (Jan. 7, 9:20 a.m.) A woman informed sheriff’s deputies of a massage parlor near the “guitar center” where illegal drugs are present. She believes it was true because her husband was, “involved with a woman who works there.”
