Atria Senior Living debuted its newest luxury community during a VIP preview event on June 14 featuring Atria Chairman and CEO John Moore, other members of Atria’s senior leadership team and tennis champion for social change and equality Billie Jean King, who serves as Atria’s well-being coach.

Atria operates more than 225 senior living communities across the U.S. and Canada, with 43 California communities serving more than 4,900 residents. Crestavilla is the company’s seventh community in Orange County.

Crestavilla, owned and developed by the affiliates of Steadfast Companies, features California Spanish Colonial Revival architecture and 209 apartments with a selection of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans.

The Laguna Niguel location is situated on 11.5 acres just minutes from the ocean and Interstate 5, with rooftop views of the city’s parks, such as Crown Valley Park and the Niguel Botanical Preserve.

Billie Jean King, a 39-time Grand Slam tennis title winner, has partnered with Atria for five years in efforts to promote the benefits of exercise, social connection, the importance of having access to wholesome, nutrition-inspired meals and goal-setting as we age.

Apartment rental prices start at $6,600 per month, with premium apartments expected to lease for up to $15,000 per month. More information can be seen on
