Chef Adam Keough oversees Stonehill Tavern, a Michael Mina restaurant located at the St. Regis Monarch Beach. The restaurant has a modern feel to it, with upbeat music warming the atmosphere and creating an electric buzz. It is an ideal place to celebrate a special occasion, watch the sunset, or take guests in need of wowing. The food is an assortment of American dishes with many well-known comfort foods done well. Mina is known for his trios of appetizers and they have a five-course menu with an optional wine pairing that presents some of the restaurants best dishes. The menu includes everything from caviar to a Kobe Burger with Truffle cheese and French fries. The bar has stools or couches, a full dinner or bar menu, and a list of “hand-crafted” cocktails made with fresh ingredients; they even have house made soda water. The extensive wine list has nearly 1,300 selections with select bottles showcased in towers at the entrance. Stonehill Tavern hosts a social hour on Thursdays with discounted drinks and complimentary canapés.
