To celebrate the holidays, The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel Executive Pastry Chef Daniel Dominquez, Assistant Pastry Chef Theresa Ebilane-Moore and their staff created

The theme of the work was Celebrating Diversity in Humanity, which showcases people from around the globe “coming together in peace and harmony,” according to a statement from the hotel.

The chefs spent more than 500 hours on the 18 foot display using homemade gingerbread, candy, baked goods and other items, all which are edible.
