BUD (ID# A014163) is a neutered male, blue Pit Bull Terrier. The shelter staff think he is about 3 years old. When Bud arrived at the shelter he was a very energetic dog but he has adjusted well to his surroundings and has really calmed down. He has actually turned into a big mush. He likes to spend his time in the yards having his back scratched or practicing his commands. He is very well trained now as he is very treat-motivated. He learned all his commands with ease and walks very well on the leash. He is very affectionate with his handlers. He is eager to please and will make a great pet for an experienced owner. He would like to be the only dog in the home and would like to be in a home with older children.

STARTING THE ADOPTION PROCESS:
You need to be 18 years or older, complete an applicationhttp://www.petprojectfoundation.org/catadoption.pdf, and be interviewed. It is strongly recommended that all members of your household interact with the cat to make the best match for everyone, and that the cat you wish to adopt will be an indoor cat. You must be able to verify with your landlord that you may have a pet if you are renting. We reserve the right to deny the adoption of any pet for any reason. Also any

For more info call the San Clemente-Dana Point Animal Shelter 949-492-1617.
