My husband and I recently moved to the city of Dana Point, and we wanted to express our gratitude for a wonderful Father’s Day! We had family visiting from San Diego, Fallbrook and Long Beach. We barbecued in Lantern Bay Park enjoying the beautiful views. But mostly we enjoyed a wonderful game of bocce ball. We have lived in areas where there are no parks to be found, only strip malls. So the beautiful bocce ball court that has been added to Lantern Bay brought many smiles on Father’s Day. Thank you for spending our tax dollars on something tangible we can enjoy. The four fathers that were represented on Father’s Day all say, ‘Thank you!’
We are planning our next get-together; our only problem is deciding which wonderful park to choose from. Also, our granddaughter loves the movie in the park on Friday night so much. Again, thank you.
