The advisory is based on a National Weather Service bulletin reporting a strong Santa Ana wind developing along the Orange County coast on Monday is expected to last through Tuesday afternoon.
The weather system will bring northeast winds, east and north of San Clemente Island, from 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots.
